Purpose of Processing

To manage information requests received through the Website’s ‘Contact’ feature. To manage ESLAND AWARDS voting by Website Users (identification, validation, and vote tallying). For statistical purposes relating to participation and voting results in the ESLAND AWARDS - for this purpose, personal data will undergo an anonymization process.

To participate as a jury in the ESLAND AWARDS, Users must click on 'Identify and Vote' and will be redirected to the Twitch website (www.twitch.tv) where they must have an active account. By pressing 'Authorize' from their account, Users acknowledge having read and accepted the Privacy Policy of www.premiosesland.com. Users can then select their voting preferences from the various categories defined by Streamers and content following the instructions on the Website. Once their votes have been selected, they must click on 'Send My Votes'. Votes and the identity of the User will be recorded in the UBIQ database using a hash code (pseudonymized).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data of Users who participate in the ESLAND AWARDS is the explicit consent given when acting as a jury, and UBIQ's legitimate interest in managing the events it organizes and managing the ESLAND AWARDS.
